We have partnered with a church in Ukraine that has turned their facilities into centers to provide humanitarian supplies to their communities and beyond. With braveness and dedication every week up to 100 volunteers don't just hand out food, hygiene products or medical supplies but they continue to bring hope and love, even as some of them gear themselves up with ballistic vests and use their own cars to deliver supplies to elderly or immobile people in need, that cannot leave their homes.
Through this cooperation right from the start of the war every month trucks with tons full of supplies are delivered to Ukraine and more than 4000 people in Kyiv, Lviv and Odessa as well as in a few villages in the Kyiv and Chernihiv regions already received help with either food, medication or shelter. We are now also working on opening a shelter in Kyiv for people who run from eastern regions as the war gets worse there.
We acknowledge that the need the people of Ukraine are facing through this war will not diminish anytime soon, surely it will not diminish as the war hopefully comes to an end soon. People have lost and continue to lose their homes, their jobs and loved ones. So our commitment to bring relief is consistent and long term.
